I’m at 14,000 words on this science-fiction story. \u00a0I don’t often say this about all of my stories but, well, I think it’ll be worth the wait. \u00a0I’ve also decided to make it more than a single shot. \u00a0That unfortunately puts me in the uncomfortable position of having… what? \u00a03 multi chapter stories right now? \u00a0But, I’ve found that sometimes I don’t really have that much control of the stories.<\/p>\n
Laugh all you want but I get the idea, set up the world and then it unfolds as I write. \u00a0And, sometimes I can tell when it needs to be more than one chapter. \u00a0Sometimes I can see where it would actually do well with a sequel.<\/p>\n
This will definitely be done by tomorrow. \u00a0Probably by noon or so depending on editing. \u00a0I’m trying to turn over a new life for my stories. \u00a0I almost always rush the endings and now I’m trying not to do that. \u00a0So, tomorrow. \u00a0100% sure. \u00a0And it’ll be something like 16,000 to 17,000 words and (with as much humbleness as I can provide) well worth the entire read.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
