“Come ooooon!” Bella crooned. She sat in the small dorm room she shared
with her roommate. Her stomach was
against the cheap, armless rolling chair she was able to afford and she spun
lightly back and forth while facing her stubborn, shy friend.
“No, I really- I really don’t think it’d
be a good idea,” Mia said. She sat
at the edge of her bed on her grandmother’s handmade quilt, staring at her
hands. Her pink nails stood out against
her smooth, ebony skin as she rubbed her wrist slowly. The tips of her frosted, straight black hair
tickled her neck and she reached back to run her fingers against her nape while
glancing at the clock on her phone.…
From my Patreon! A wife cuts herself on a tooth hidden away in a peculiar shop and begins to change.
A sudden gust of wind swept through the city streets, dragging fall leaves in a frenzied dance. Veronica shivered, pulling her jacket close against her body and hiding her face in the faux sable fur lining the hood.
Traffic was nonexistent along the narrow
street she walked and she couldn’t decide whether that was due to it being
early afternoon on a Monday or the neighborhood being trashy. Still, her
husband’s birthday was in two days and her mapping software swore
there was a record store around here that she hadn’t visited before.…
Just a little quick scene (not even a story, really) to keep my hand in on writing.
A husband learns of his wife’s and step-daughter’s curse and forced to join them.
The silence was palpable, marked only by the occasional clink of heavy silverware against stoneware plates.
Dave opened his mouth to say something but then closed it again. Not for the first time. He glanced at his wife but found her focused on her own food, seemingly oblivious to everything around her. Dave’s step-daughter, Jessica, shifted and huddled in her seat.
The young girl’s normally cheerful, bouncy personality seemed to have drained away. …
Three girls enter an ‘Escape The Room’ with a forest setting and find themselves changing to fit.
This was a commission from internmatt on Deviantart.
Jennifer sat in an overstuffed chair, staring at the faint cracks in the white leather. She settled her glasses on her nose out of nervous habit, awkwardly ignoring the other two girls in the room. Her arm stood out in stark contrast against the chair, her skin as dark as burnt mocha.
The young woman stole a quick glance at the other two girls – Emily and Madison – and then bent back down to picking at the lines in the chair. …
A simple, quick story of a male changing into a werewolf and, in turn, changing a woman. Bonus section at the end for a second woman.
Needed to write something quick and dirty so here you go! And, remember, since this is a sketch series, it’s just… you know. Basic. And I really really didn’t check for editing.
A single overhead light flickered and hummed far in the corner of the study area. Justin glanced up at it with an internal sigh before focusing back on his books and notes. He was grateful the small community college had a quiet room for students to study but he wished they kept it in better shape.…
A retelling of the absolutely brilliant horror movie ‘Cabin in the Woods’ with an altogether different ending. Chapter 4 of 4.
Silence filled the control room. Sitterson, Hadley and Truman stared at the monitor. They watched as the two werewolves rutted over the corpse. The two moved from the floor to the couch, tearing chunks out of the fabric and wood frame. They were hypnotized by the sheer feral fucking happening on screen. The lithe, smiling blonde from earlier in the day was replaced by a huge beast rutting with enthusiastic abandon.
“Are-” Sitterson said and then swallowed. “Are we recording this?”
“Yes,” Hadley replied, his eyes never leaving the screen. …
A retelling of the absolutely brilliant horror movie ‘Cabin in the Woods’ with an altogether different ending. Chapter 3 of 4.
… outside, a voice called out, just at the edge of hearing.
“Who’s there?” Marty said, looking up from his book. He barely even realized that he’d been staring at the same page for the last few minutes. He strained his ears, nervously glancing around the room. “Dana, was that you?”
The silence stretched. He could hear some talking from the living room but, otherwise, the entire cabin and everything outside was-
You should go outside, the voice whispered again, slightly louder. …
A retelling of the absolutely brilliant horror movie ‘Cabin in the Woods’ with an altogether different ending.
Chapter 2 of 3/4.
Notes: Soooo… hey! Bad news-good news-maybe bad news! Bad news is that I wrote way more than expected so chapter 2 is not the end of the story. The good news is that I’ve already got 9000 words done on chapter 3! I plan to release that chapter Sunday evening. The possible bad news is that I may have to break it into chapter 3 AND chapter 4. If I do that, the final chapter 4 will be out by Tuesday.
